Meet Dr. Clara Kuntz
I’m Dr. Kuntz, a licensed psychologist in New York and owner of Introspective Journey Psychological Services. I provide secure, confidential online therapy throughout New York State.
My approach integrates insight-oriented therapy with practical strategies. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, identifying as autistic or gifted, working through anxiety and perfectionism, or seeking support for binge eating or BFRBs, therapy can help you move from surviving to feeling more steady and self-compassionate. Therapy is collaborative and individualized — tailored to how your mind works, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, respected, and supported at your pace.
How Online Therapy Works
If you’re looking for compassionate, evidence-based online therapy, you’re in the right place. All sessions are conducted securely online, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home anywhere in New York. Sessions are confidential and tailored to your individual needs.
Telehealth therapy is similar to in-person counseling, but sessions take place through a secure video platform.
Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes and involve talking through concerns, exploring thoughts and emotions, learning coping skills, and working toward personal goals. You may occasionally receive exercises or strategies to practice between sessions.
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space. Telehealth therapy is designed to be convenient, confidential, and supportive—just like in-person therapy.
